Spotlight on Hand-Drawn Digital Art
“Dog dee” is how it’s pronounced: the sometimes-dreaded high school art Project DAWGd (an acronym for Digital Art With Googledraw) involves making high-skill computer art without using expensive software: just the free Google Drawing capability that comes with G-mail. Some students use a mouse, but most use just the school-issue laptop’s touchpad. They use photos for reference at first. For most, it’s their first-ever try at such art. (by NCHS Art Dept)
