School Division HQ Hosting Some HS Art
And some of it’s weird. There’s a dinosaur going shopping, a skeleton posing on a chair, and other realistic drawings from Nelson County High School students. Lily Hinerman’s very impressive double portrait (pic below) is there. The framed pictures that had been in the high school’s front hall are there, now in the top floor of the county office building. Special thanks to “Intern Paul who hung the wall” because it wasn’t an easy task to fit so many frames in.
Those with art in the exhibit include: Laila Barbour, Mary Kattmann, Mary Jo Allen, Audrey Watts, Ren Hendersen, Lilly Hinerman, and Lilly Lewis. (by NCHS Art Dept)
