VDOT "Paint-a-Plow" Victory: Student Art on Highway Snow Plow

Sometimes VDOT lets students embellish their snow plow blades.  NCHS had a turn this year.  Laila Barbour's graffiti-style spray paint lettering is "fire."  Meet FREEZY :
